TOMATOES

Nothing captures summer quite like a vine-ripened tomato. Warmed by the sun and left to mature naturally, tomatoes develop their sweetness, acidity, and rich colour slowly and fully. Our tomatoes are grown from seed and cultivated in open soil during the warmer months, allowing roots to access a diverse range of minerals. Harvested only when ripe, they deliver flavour that needs very little embellishment.
